Resolution urging Safeway, Incorporated to suspend eviction processes against the three (3) community recycling centers located at 2020 Market Street, 1335 Webster Street and 735 Seventh Avenue for the purpose of resuming a collaborative community process that has been initiated involving Safeway, the San Francisco Community Recycling Centers, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, City agencies and local neighborhood organizations to deal comprehensively with concerns and opportunities regarding the operational improvement of the recycling centers, the use of Safeway property and the general quality of life issues raised in the process.
