Resolution retroactively authorizing and approving the lease of approximately 3,344 square feet of office space within the building located at 745 Franklin Street with the State of California, Employment Development Department, for the Human Services Agency JobsNow! program, for a term commencing on January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2030, at the annual base rent of $105,090; and authorizing the Director of Property to enter into any extensions, amendments, or modifications to the Lease that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Lease or this Resolution.
