Ordinance amending Article 1 of the San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code by amending Section 1.104 to define the term "late contribution," and amending Section 1.152 to require both late contributors and the recipients of late contributions report late contributions within 24 hours of the time the contributions are made or received.
