Ordinance making environmental findings and amending the San Francisco Park Code by amending Sections 7.16 and 7.18 to require a cleaning deposit and reimbursement for costs for the use of park facilities; amending Sections 12.05, 12.07, 12.20, and adding Sections 12.21, 12.22, 12.23, 12.24, 12.25, 12.26, 12.27 to increase the fees charged for the use of Recreation and Park facilities for weddings, events, picnics, photography and filming, encroachment, for parking on the Golden Gate Park Concourse and for classes at the Sharon Arts Studio; and adding Section 12.28 authorizing the Recreation and Park Commission to develop policies and procedures to allow the General Manager to reduce or waive fees in the case of demonstrated financial hardship.
