Resolution approving the First Amendment to the grant agreement between YMCA of San Francisco - Urban Services and the Department of Early Childhood (“DEC”) for the provision of the San Francisco Family Resource Center Initiative to support the City’s continuous effort to build and maintain community spaces and services to better support families with children from birth to age 17; extending the term by one year from June 30, 2027, for a total term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2028; increasing the agreement amount by $10,657,772 for a total amount not to exceed $20,106,859; and authorizing DEC to enter into any additions, amendments, or other modifications to the agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities, or materially decrease the benefits to the City.
