Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 101-98 (File No. 98-0084) and retroactively authorizing the District Attorney of the City and County of San Francisco to apply for, accept and expend funds in the amount of $150,000 made available through the California Office of Criminal Justice Planning (OCJP) for the continued operation of the "Statutory Rape Vertical Prosecution Program" for the twelve month period from July 1, 1997, through June 30, 1998.
