Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Works (DPW) to accept and expend a grant from the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) for improvements to the Bay Trail, approving the ABAG Bay Trail grant contract, authorizing the Director of DPW to execute the Bay Trail grant contract, making findings of conformity of the Bay Trail improvements with the General Plan, and urging all relevant City departments, agencies and commissions to move expeditiously in approving any Bay Trail improvements related to this ABAG grant.
