Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $499,999 for the first year of a three year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to establish the homeless addict vocational and educational network (HAVEN) and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 30, 2002 to September 29, 2003.
