Hearing in response to significant consumer complaints about: (1) the difficulty that consumers have communicating with live representatives of the Health Service System, including reports that the System only accepts public telephone inquiries two hours per day; (2) the difficulty that health care providers face gaining necessary financial reimbursements from the System; (3) issues with regard to the inadequacy of the current computer system; (4) adequacy and appropriate level of the current reserves; and (5) other issues.
