Motion requesting the Office of the Legislative Analyst to: (1) report on damages caused by overweight and overlength sport utility vehicles on the City's roadways; (2) report on programs and systems employed by other cities, specifically Washington DC and Seattle, to recoup these costs; and, (3) report on the feasibility and effectiveness of creating a free structure whereby large and luxury sport vehicle owners would pay an increased residential parking permit fee.
