Charter amendment (Third Draft) repealing in its entirety Section 16.107, which creates a Park and Open Space Fund and by adopting, in its place a new Section 16.107 which creates a Park, Recreation and Open Space Fund, authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds for acquisition and/or improvement of real properties, and provides a framework for future improvements in the operations of the Recreation and Park Department.
