Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 between the City, acting by and through the Office of Contract Administration (OCA), and Towne Ford Sales for pickup trucks and added equipment, for an increased amount of $20,531,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $30,530,000 with no changes to the five year term of December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2029; and authorizing OCA to enter into any amendments or other modifications to the Amendment that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities, or materially decrease the benefits to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the Amendment.
