Hearing on the strategies and programs funded by the City and County of San Francisco to respond to homelessness and behavioral health crises on San Francisco streets, including, but not limited to 311, Healthy Streets Operation Center, Homeless Outreach Team, Mobile Crisis, and EMS-6; and requesting the City Administrator, Police Department, Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, Department of Public Health, and Fire Department to report.
