Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department's determination dated August 22, 2008, that a project at 9 Douglass Street (Building Permit Application No. 2007.01.11.1515, Case No. 2007.0306DD) is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed project would construct a vertical addition to the rear portion of a one-story-over-garage, single-family dwelling and a 4-foot horizontal rear addition located in a RH-2 (Residential House, One Family) District, and a 40-X Height and Bulk District (Assessor's Block 2623, Lot 047).
