Hearing to consider the effects of an exemption for the parking requirements for residential housing under the Planning Code, and to consider the effects of such an exemption on the costs and adequacy of public transit and traffic, off-site parking, and the provision of affordable housing, and to consider the need for a nexus study considering these matters and the possibility of requiring payment of a fee by developers in lieu of providing such parking.
