Ordinance adopting and implementing an amendment to the 2001-2003 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and the International Association of Bridge, Structural Ornamental, Reinforced Iron Workers, Riggers and Machinery Movers, Local 377 by appending a Letter of Agreement concerning the City's 2002-2003 budget which provides: (a) for the City to reduce its "pick-up" of the required employee contribution to the retirement system by 2.75% of the employees' compensation effective July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003; (b) a 1% base wage increase effective close of business June 30, 2003 and; (c) a no layoff commitment in fiscal year 2002-2003 for employees represented by participating employee organizations.
