Hearing to consider the financial status of the Library Preservation Fund and to receive information from the San Francisco Public Library about the fund expenditures (including how much revenue has been allocated to the fund from the property tax set aside for each fiscal year following establishment of the fund; have fund expenditures been consistent with the mandate of Proposition E; has the allocation of these funds for books and acquisitions been in addition to a base-budget allocation for books and acquisitions, or has it been the sole source of funding; what has been the effect on library hours, for both the Main Library and the branch libraries).
