Hearing on the rooftop sign, "17 Reasons" located in the Mission District. The hearing shall include the Planning Department's determination of the work performed to have, or have not conformed with the scope of the Permit. If not, what Foster Media, the company that owns the rights to the sign, intends on doing to conform with the City Planning Code.
