Resolution approving the Third Amendment between the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through the Office of Contract Administration, and Resource Design Interiors for system furniture, increasing the amount by $1,630,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $10,630,000; extending the term by three years from September 14, 2026, for a term of nine years from September 15, 2020, to September 14, 2029; and authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to make necessary, non-material changes to the Amendment prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the Agreement.
