Motion for the Board of Supervisors to convene as a committee of the whole on November 15, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. to accept public testimony concerning the possible adoption of an emergency ordinance reenacting a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program set forth in Chapter 14A of the San Francisco Administrative Code; suspending Chapter 12D.A; providing for data collection to ensure nondiscrimination in City contracting; and adopting a declaration of emergency.
