Resolution retroactively authorizing the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $846,952.62 from the California Highway Patrol for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program to support optimizations and advancements in toxicology testing capabilities related to driving under the influence of drugs for the grant term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028; and authorizing the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to execute a draft Grant Agreement.
