Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively one-time supplemental grant funds in the total amount of $211,279 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the CDC HIV/AIDS Surveillance and Seroprevalence Cooperative Agreements U62/CCU906255-12-2 and U62/CCU906255-12-4 to support HIV/AIDS surveillance activities and assess risks and benefits associated with testing results and to enter into agreements for the use of these funds; for the period of June 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003.
