Motion amending the Rules of Order of the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco by amending Rule 2.28.1 to require that a proposed charter amendment be introduced by a Supervisor at a regular meeting held not less than 169 days prior to the election, rather than the current requirement of 168 days prior to the election.
