Ordinance amending Administrative Code Section 24.1-1 to provide that a Member may not consecutively serve for more than two four-year terms on the Redevelopment Agency Board, and that a Member shall be deemed to have served one full term if the Member serves 24 months or more of an uncompleted term or if the Member resigns after serving 24 months or more of a term; this changes the current Administrative Code provisions, which do not provide a term limit.
