Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by amending Section 8.21-2 to (1) adopt a materials recovery fee and (2) authorize the Library Commission to develop policies and procedures to allow the City Librarian to reduce or waive fees in the case of demonstrated financial hardship.
