Hearing regarding the Public Works' Abandoned Shopping Carts Program, including but not limited, to the successes of this program, the responsibility of the department therein, the costs incurred by the City due to such a program, and means to mitigate such costs; as well as the feasibility of receiving reimbursement for labor, transportation, and storage from businesses whose carts and property are administered by this program.
