Resolution approving the 10th Amendment to Contract No. SFMTA-2016-17, Paratransit Broker and Operating Agreement, between the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through, the Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) and Transdev Services, Inc., to provide paratransit services, to extend the term by two years from June 30, 2026, for a total term from July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2028, and to increase the amount by $30,831,549 for a total not to exceed amount of $339,102,572; and to authorize the SFMTA to enter into any amendments or modifications to the agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the agreement or this Resolution.
