Hearing to receive an update from the Recreation and Parks Department (RPD) on the status of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning the renovation of the Dolores Park Children's Playground. The hearing will also consider the expenditure plan for funds provided for this project in the 2008-2009 budget and the 2008 Park Bond.
