Resolution approving a Contract between the City, acting by and through the Human Services Agency, and Seneca Family of Agencies for the provision of Family and Children’s Services (FCS) Wraparound Services, for a term of four years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, and for a total not to exceed amount of $15,974,640; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to make necessary, non-material changes to the Contract before its execution.
