Ordinance amending Section 720.40 of the Planning Code to prohibit retail coffee stores in the Hayes-Gough Neighborhood Commercial District; amending Section 720.1 of the Planning Code by adding a new table to describe this prohibition; and making findings of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1 and the General Plan.
