Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of California under various grant programs, including: the FY2010 Homeland Security Grant Program for the FY2010 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) grant, the FY2010 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP), the FY2010 Interoperable Emergency Communications Grant Program (IECGP), Public Law 111-83, FY2010 State Homeland Security Grant Program, FY2010 Metropolitan Medical Response System, FY2010 Citizen Corps Program, FY2010 Emergency Management Performance Grant, and FY2010 Buffer Zone Protection Program.
