Hearing on the newly released draft of the Housing Element of the General Plan, which includes data and needs analysis, a proposed set of General Plan housing objectives, and policies that provide the framework for addressing the City's need to house current and future residents. Implementation programs to be carried out by City agencies will be examined in light of each policy recommendation.
