Ordinance amending Section 2.10 of the San Francisco Administrative Code to provide that the Board of Supervisors may conduct a public hearing to consider a final report of findings and recommendations submitted to the Board by the Civil Grand Jury, rather than require a public hearing, since the Board of Supervisors does not always have jurisdiction over issues or departmental activities reviewed in a final report submitted by the Civil Grand Jury.
