Hearing on the newly established Infant and Toddler Early Learning Scholarship Fund, and hear a presentation on the current needs of infants and toddlers including, but not limited to, the rules, eligibility criteria, selection process for awarding of grants including prioritization of funding supporting families attending publicly funded universities and reporting obligations for providers; and requesting the Office of Early Care and Education to report.
