Resolution authorizing the Airport Commission to accept and expend grant funds in the amount of $3,503,877.00 from the U. S. Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration for the purpose of reimbursing airports for extraordinary operating costs incurred as a result of the events of September 11, 2001 as authorized by the Aviation and Transportation Security Act of 2001.
