Resolution approving and authorizing the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute Contract No. PRO.0333.E, As-Needed Environmental Review Services, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide as-needed environmental services pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act, and to obtain resource agency permits, for an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for a period of seven years, beginning October 14, 2026, through October 14, 2033, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
