Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Commission by the following: (1) Motion No. 15043 dated May 4, 2000 approving conditional use authorization for the demolition of industrial building under the Interim Zoning Controls for the Industrial Protection Zone adopted by Planning Commission Motion No. 14861; a Planned Unit Development, under Section 304, including authorization to provide required parking on a valet-assisted basis, rather than independently accessible spaces and an exception under Section 271 from the Bulk limitations; (2) Motion No. 15044 dated May 4, 2000 adopting findings related to project authorization under Planning Code Section 321 (Office Development: Annual Limit) and Section 322 (Procedure for Administration of Office Development Limit), subsequently amended, for 148,000 gross square feet of additional office space located in two Use Districts: M-1 (Light Industrial) and C-M (Heavy Commercial), within a 65-B Height and Bulk District. The Bryant Square Project is located at various addresses on block bounded by Bryant, 19th, York and 20th Streets, Lots 7, 11, 12 and 14, Assessor’s Block 4080.
