• Title: Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 186.1 to provide for the continuance in neighborhood commercial districts of non-conforming uses created by adoption of ordinances which change the uses allowed in neighborhood commercial districts; adding Section 186.3 to provide for the continuation of prohibited liquor establishments in alcohol special use districts and by adding Section 245 to create a new use classification to be known as an Alcohol Special Use District (ASUD) and making non-conforming uses in R Districts and in NC-1 Districts within 1/4 mile of an ASUD subject to that ASUD's restrictions, and by amending Section 710.40 to reflect the change in use classification on the NC-1 Neighborhood Commercial Use Chart; and making a determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
