Motion that the Board of Supervisors convene in closed session with the City Attorney for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding anticipated litigation (City anticipated to be a plaintiff) which may be filed for the purpose of halting the sale of the San Francisco Chronicle to the Hearst Corporation. This closed session would be permitted by Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
