Title: Resolution approving and authorizing an Easement Agreement and Quitclaim between the City and Midtown Lands LLC, fixing and perfecting the location and terms of an easement reserved in a 1957 subdivision instrument, for vehicular and pedestrian access and subsurface utilities within Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 2781, Lot No. 022, a City parcel located in the Twin Peaks neighborhood; adopting findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1; affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and to authorize the Director of Property to enter into amendments or modifications to the Easement Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Easement Agreement or this Resolution.
