Resolution urging the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Department of Human Services to develop a pilot program, similar to the Berkeley Cares Program, which creates a basic need coupon that may be made available to San Franciscans and visitors to assist those in need of food, clothing, shelter and other services as deemed appropriate by the Directors of both departments.
