Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Section 10.100-369 to require that revenues from fines for traffic violations on the segment of State Highway Route 1 beginning at 19th Avenue and Junipero/Serra Boulevard and ending at State Highway Route 101 and Lake be appropriated for the Nineteenth Avenue Transportation Safety Enhancement Project and making the San Francisco County Transportation Authority responsible for the conceptual and preliminary design of the project and the fiscal agent for the project.
