Ordinance implementing the provisions of an amendment to Article 111.E of the Memorandum of Understanding between the International Association of Bridge, Structural Ornamental, Reinforced Iron Workers, Riggers and Machinery Movers, Local 377 and the City and County of San Francisco, providing for additional compensation for Port employees of the Maintenance Department in Classification 9346 Fusion Welder, who are assigned to work in watch-standing, maintenance and/or repair of container cranes for all hours actually worked in cranes at the crane site, effective July 1, 1999 through the remaining term of the Memorandum of Understanding.
