Ordinance authorizing the Department of Emergency Management, as fiscal agent for multiple local jurisdictions, to retroactively accept and expend a Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) grant in the amount of $5,733,986 from the United States Department of Justice and to provide $406,002 as San Francisco’s portion of required matching funds; and amending Ordinance No. 175-07 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY 2007-2008) to reflect the addition of one position (0.75 FTE) IS Project Director in the Department of Emergency Management (ECD).
