Hearing on the state of HIV services in the upcoming FY2013-2014 Budget, where the Department of Public Health, the Mayor’s Budget Office, the Controller, and community organizations will report on what Federal and State cuts HIV services will experience; what the impacts of these cuts will be; and how the City can respond in making up for the cuts on a local level.
