Ordinance appropriating $2,774,224 of fee revenue for the Planning Department in FY2012-2013 to reduce the backlog of planning cases and building permits requiring review, and funding the Permit and Project Tracking System, and Central Corridor Environmental Impact Report, including $1,672,224 to fund staff positions, $807,000 to fund office space reconfiguration, records and information technology improvements, and updated guidelines and procedures, $45,000 to fund training and configuration needs of the Permit and Project Tracking System, and $250,000 to fund the Central Corridor Environmental Impact Report.
