Resolution authorizing the Planning Department to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $200,000 from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for the inclusion of streetscape and circulation improvements on Folsom and Howard Streets between Second and Fifth Streets in the Central Corridor Draft Plan environmental analysis for the period of February 8, 2012, through July 31, 2014.
