Ordinance de-appropriating $250,000 in debt service in the Public Utilities Commission, Water Enterprise Department, operating budget, and re-appropriating $250,000 to overtime in the Public Utilities Commission, Water Enterprise Department, operating budget, in order to support the department’s projected increases in overtime, as required by Board of Supervisors Ordinance No. 194-11; and requiring a two-thirds vote of all members of the Board of Supervisors for approval.
