Resolution granting revocable permission to Atlantic Richfield Company to occupy a portion of the public right-of-way to install and maintain four soil vapor extraction conduits connecting to two new vapor extraction wells crossing under Broderick Street fronting 2 Richardson Avenue (Assessor’s Block No. 0934, Lot No. 019), conditioned upon the payment of an annual assessment fee, and making environmental findings, and findings of consistency with the General Plan and the priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
