Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining state and federal financial assistance under various grant programs, including: the FY2013 Urban Areas Security Initiative Grant, the FY2013 State Homeland Security Grant Program, the FY2013 Emergency Management Performance Grant, the 2013 California Volunteers Grant Program, and the 2013 Local Government Oil Spill Contingency Plan Grant Program.
